Support and Services for Events
We offer support for numerous events at the University of Miami. Our department provides this support through custodial services, energy management, and access control.
Services Offered
- Housekeeping (ex: custodial clean up before and after event, extra waste receptacles)
- Access Control (ex: doors of exterior entrance that need to be unlocked during event)
- Air Conditioning (ex: Air conditioning scheduling during period of event)
Please place an individual service request for each service required. For example, one request for housekeeping, and another request for access control. When placing your event request please specify the following information:
- Type of event:
- Facilities support is a funded service for UM sponsored events
- Facilities support is a non-funded service for non-UM sponsored events
- An account number for services for non-sponsored events
- Specific service required
- When and where the event will be taking place
Note - Please place all requests for event support at least 72 hours in advance.
